Signature Framework

The HARMON Method

The HARMON Method is a framework for rebuilding when the life you expected is no longer the life you have. It was born from Kamela’s own experience of profound loss and transformation and is designed to be practical, compassionate, and adaptable.

These six principles are not a checklist you complete once. They are practices you can return to again and again as life changes.

  1. H: Healing with Humor

Light and loss can walk together. Humor does not erase grief. Laughter does not mean you loved less. Give yourself permission to let a little light back in.

  2. A: Accept

Acceptance is not saying, “I like what happened.” It is saying, “This is what happened. I cannot change it. But I can choose what I do next.”

  3. R: Rediscover & Rebuild

Ask, “Who am I now?” Rebuilding begins with small choices that reconnect you to yourself, your values, your needs, and the life you want.

  4. M: Move with Intention

Stop waiting to feel ready. Ten minutes repeated becomes a habit. Action creates repetition; repetition creates momentum; momentum creates change.

  5. O: Openness

Open the door to possibility. Make room for a new career, relationship, adventure, dream, or version of yourself. You do not have to walk through the whole doorway today.

  6. N: Nurture

Care for the person you are becoming—mind, body, and soul. Protect your peace, give yourself grace, and build boundaries that support the life you are creating.

You do not have to know the entire path.

You just have to decide what you are going to do with what happens next.
